Bill and Bel’s ministry to international students at Texas A&M has enabled them to partner with International Students, Inc. (ISI) missionaries. Together, they hold lively weekly group meetings for fellowship and biblical reflection. They also meet for evangelistic or mentoring Bible study with many intriguing, young scholars from a host of divergent cultures and spiritual backgrounds.
Making global disciplemakers in their own backyard
Bill and Bel met in Guatemala as a result of an earthquake! After a few years of preparation, they returned to serve in Central America with Camino Global. They lived in Costa Rica for 18 years. Among various duties, they spent most of their tenure in church-planting and the coordination of work teams and construction projects.
Now located in the States, they minister among international students at Texas A&M University. They are active members of Grace Bible Church, where Bel is the Administrative Assistant to the Missions Pastor.
Their three children live relatively nearby, which allows their two grandsons to come over to take care of Grampa and Gramma quite often.
